Team Acceptance:
- Teams can register beginning November 13, 2023.
- Teams will be notified of acceptance prior to the tournament. Registration does not guarantee acceptance.
- Teams will be asked to pay for the tournament upon acceptance.
Monday Jan 8th Deadline to register teams for full consideration some age groups and brackets may fill up before this date.
Monday Jan 15, 2024 Team Acceptance emails sent.
Monday Feb 5, 2024 - Payment Due
Th March 14, 2024 Brackets Released
Th March 28 2024 - Schedules released
Deadline to start Online check in - Mon April 1, 2024
Deadline to complete online check in - Wed April 3 5pm
Friday April 5 - Local games
Sat April 6 8am - Tournament starts

Please bring the following with you to the tournament
1. Three (3) computer generated rosters with uniform numbers (USYSA or US Club) (2 copies for the event to keep). Teams are not allowed to have mixed passes (All USYSA or US Club per team)
2. Laminated players passes
3. Medical Release forms
4. "Permission to Travel" from state association if traveling from outside of Florida (USYSA only)
