• A maximum of three eligible guest or club pass players will be allowed for 7v7 teams, four for 9v9 and five for 11v11 (maximum of three from other clubs).

• No player may register to play on more than one team.

• Guest and club pass players must have a valid player pass and be on the Official Tournament roster as created in SINC. 

• All teams must be affiliated with the USYSA, USSSA , US Club or AYSO. Each team must furnish a copy of their certified 2023-2024 roster and player passes. 

• Permission to travel forms are required for teams in Governing Bodies that require them to travel. 

• All players are required to have a current USYSA, US Club, AYSO or USSSA player pass with a current photograph.

• Medical releases are required of all players (including Georgia teams). These do NOT need to be notarized.

• Each team must complete the mandatory online registration within SINC.  

• Coaches/ Team Mangers are required to print and have either physical player passes or player passes for each player on the coach or manager's phone, official roster and game cards for all games.   Player passes do NOT need to be laminated.
